Page Load Times..

I've been tweaking some settings trying to optimize the page load time for threads and such. Has anyone noticed a definite decrease in the amount of time it takes to make a page load?

Also, it would seem there was a cookie issue using some browsers that I have since fixed, as well. Has anyone noticed this either?

Can't say I noticed either, all my cookies have been working fine and dandy as usual, so I probably wasn't using a browser that was affected by the issue, and my internet is too fast- pages load up in less then a second for me; on a slow day. usually it's instantaneous.

The pages seem to load pretty good on mine tonight. Dunno if it's THAT much faster than before, but for my slow dialup it isn't bad. The worst time for me though is when I have to clear out my browser cache, because then I have to download every image on the page and that DOES take awhile. This site has always loaded pretty fast though, I thought.

As for the cookies, I must not have been affected before, because they've always worked fine for me.

EDIT: Yeah, I think the reply time when I posted this went a little faster, coz it zipped right up there instead of pausing for a second or two. Maybe I'm just looking for it now, but it *seemed* faster. LOL.
