The Arcade has now been configured for use with vBCredits.

If you visit the Arcade landing page, you will now see a block under each game which gives an amount for the 'Cost to Play', along with 'Jackpot' amount for winning the high score and/or tournament. Tax on winnings apply here, as well. Also, you must be ranked in the Top 10 in order to win the jackpot.

Also...you'll notice a blurb about an 'Arcade Pass' just below the navbar at the top of the page. Please make note of it:

You currently do not have an Arcade Pass. You can buy one for 200 Credits by clicking here.
An Arcade Pass allows you to play games for free (for one week only), but to receive jackpot Credits you need to pay the game cost.Should anyone have any questions, comments or concerns, regarding this new feature, please...don't hesitate to reply within this thread.

All my best,

I know this is an old thread, but I just wanted to bring up a question/complaint.
I just bought an arcade pass, and it expires in 1 week. Was this mentioned somewhere? I didn't see it.
Not a huge issue as it's only fake money at the end of the day (most of it won on the raffle) but I thought for 10k credits the pass might last a little longer, if I'd know it only lasted a week I would've stuck with paying the game cost each time.

Hmmm...let me look into this for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Well...I'll have to admit...that was a major mistake on my part. I assumed the pass would be indefinite...and it's not. I missed a setting...and it is, indeed, set for one week.

I'm looking into options to get this resolved for you, Calum. Please accept my apologies...and I will do my best to get this fixed.

I have submitted a support request...and hopefully, the vBCredits coder will get back to me with some good news. If the news isn't so good...we'll take a look at other alternatives...

Keep your fingers crossed!

Hey, it's not a huge problem, you didn't have to go to all that trouble.
Much appreciated though, thanks a lot buddy :)

Again...it was my fault...and I need to rectify it. It's no big deal to try to fix.

If worse comes to worse...I can leave the time setting for a pass, as is. Then just change the cost to 200 credits for a week...then reimburse you 9.800 credits. However...I'll need to see the alternatives, first...then we'll go from there.

Sound like a plan?

Sure, sounds great to me.
Thanks!

Calum...

I've fixed the issue and noted the first post in this thread with the additional info about the Arcade Pass. Your pass only cost you 200 credits...I have refunded the difference.

Your pass is good for a week...

That's great, thanks!
