A Dynamic Flash Photo Gallery Template is, basically, a Dynamic Flash site with a Photo Gallery section added. The Gallery can be edited via the convenient admin panel which is, in its turn, conducted as a usual .SWF file. All text on the website is edited from a .TXT file...just like text in any other Flash site.
